Terms and Conditions

-In order to qualify players must open a new Full Tilt Poker account via links or bonus codes provided by Full Tilt Rakeback, and new accounts must be successfully be tracked to a Full Tilt RakeBack affiliate account.

-You must fund your account and have a minimum $25 balance within the first 60 days or you will lose RakeBack status

-Rakeback is paid via Player-to-player transfer.

-'Revenue' refers to monies that players generate for the house in the form of rake and juice, less fees, from both affiliate and parent company, bonuses awarded, and the dollar value of merchandise awarded for player points redeemed. As per usual with rakeback arrangements 'rakeback' represents 27% of revenue, after deductions, rather than a direct percentage of gross rake paid. Also, Full Tilt Rakeback reserves the right to modify, or suspend, or terminate any agreement without notice.

-Rakeback payments are made Weekly every Friday - the pay week is Tuesday through Monday. Negative rake rolls over from week to week

-One, and only one Full Tilt Poker account per person is permitted, at any given time. Previously closed accounts cannot be re-opened; new accounts must be created. Players cannot collect rakeback for play on pre-existing accounts; however, accounts which have never been used for real-money play may be abandoned and their owners then permitted to open new accounts.
